The party leader must be at least 21 and authorised to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions. All correspondence and documents will be sent to the party leader who is responsible for all payments in respect of the booking and ensuring that members of the party are kept informed of details affecting their arrangements.
On receipt of your letter, telephone instructions or e-mail and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental, we will send you written confirmation of your holiday arrangements. Accommodation is reserved only for the use of persons named on the confirmation slip. Please send a list of guests and names and ages of the children.
The balance of the payment for your holiday is due 12 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Please vacate the property during the morning on the date of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be made for incoming guests. This is normally 10.00 hours and your arrival at the property should be from 15.00 hours onwards.
There will be a deposit to cover breakage, loss or damage to any item of property, or the property itself during your stay. This will be £200, payable at the time of booking, fully refundable at the end provided there is no loss or damage.
It is your responsibility to provide suitable travel insurance to cover your party’s needs.
Should you cancel your holiday before the final payment your deposit will be forfeit.
Cancellation during the last 12 weeks before arrival, the total cost will be forfeit.
